How does it work?
Hyperdilute radiesse is made up Calcium hydroxylapatite. It is a product that mimics the same constituents of your teeth and bone.
At KINS we don’t use Radiesse as a Filler the way it can be used . We use it in a very diluted form so it doesnt act as a filling agent but more an agent to stimulate cell regeneration in your skin.
Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When injected into the skin, these microspheres act as a scaffold that triggers the body’s natural healing process.
The key mechanism is the stimulation of fibroblast cells. Fibroblasts are responsible for producing collagen and elastin, which are essential proteins for maintaining skin’s structure, elasticity, and strength. By stimulating fibroblasts, hyper-diluted Radiesse encourages collagen regeneration over time, leading to smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

How is the treatment performed?
The procedure for hyper-dilute Radiesse is similar to that of standard dermal filler treatments but involves the use of a diluted version of Radiesse to achieve more of a cell regenerative effect.
First we will apply a topical numbing cream. Although Radiesse itself contains lidocaine (a local anesthetic), we apply topical numbing cream to the treatment area to further reduce discomfort.
Using a fine needle or a blunt-tipped cannula, we inject the hyper-dilute Radiesse into the treatment area. The needle or cannula is carefully placed just beneath the skin’s surface to ensure smooth and even distribution. We may use multiple injection points to treat the entire area. The procedure may take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated.
Longevity?
The effects of hyper-dilute Radiesse generally last for 12 to 18 months, depending on factors like the area treated, individual metabolism, and lifestyle. The collagen-stimulating effects continue to enhance the skin’s appearance throughout this time, leading to firmer, smoother skin.
Although the Radiesse filler itself breaks down over time, the collagen stimulation it triggers in the skin can lead to continued improvement and longer-lasting effects even after the product has dissipated
Maintenance sessions?
To maintain the results, some patients may opt for touch-up treatments after about a year. Since the filler encourages the body’s natural collagen production, the need for maintenance might vary depending on individual skin response.
When will I see results?
Immediate Results: Instant Improvement: Right after the treatment, you may notice some immediate plumping or hydration in the treated area due to the gel carrier in Radiesse. This can help improve skin texture and smoothness, but these effects are often temporary and will gradually fade as the product settles.
Collagen Stimulation and Gradual Results: 2 to 4 Weeks: The true collagen-boosting effects of hyper-dilute Radiesse begin within a few weeks. During this time, the body starts producing new collagen in response to the calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in the filler.
Full Results in 3 to 6 Months: Over the next 3 to 6 months, you’ll start to notice a more substantial improvement in skin firmness, texture, and elasticity as collagen production increases. These effects are gradual and develop over time.
